Private Vertical Tasting and Vineyard Tour Experience
Our vertical tasting experience begins with a short historical vineyard tour through some of our oldest Chardonnay plantings on the estate from 1964. This tour, hosted by one of the Bacigalupi family members, will give you a glimpse back in history documenting 55 years of premium grape growing in the Russian River Valley. After the tour, relish in a private vertical tasting on our outdoor patio with an offering of six wines, available only through the tasting room. Enjoy a selection of cheeses thoughtfully paired by the cheese experts at Big John’s market in Healdsburg.
By appointment only Friday- Sunday. Seatings begin at 11:00, 12:30, 2:00 and 3:30. Maximum of 8 guest seatings available. $30 per person. Club members enjoy two for one pricing, one per membership.

Hi Tom- Right now the tasting is all red wines. 3 vintages of Pinot Noirs and 3 vintages of Zinfandel. Please let us know when you can join us, we’d love to have you!
We did the JTW vertical wine tasting last fall while in Napa. Tyler was kind enough to spend some time with us explaining how a great wine is made. Visiting John Tyler Wines was without a question the highlight of our trip to wine country. We will visit again.

Hello Bacigalupi Family,
Casie and I joined your wine club on a magical honeymoon trip to wine country in 2010. We are very excited to be heading back out in a couple of months. We just received the Spring 2012 wine club shipment and were so happy with the Zin – it was off the charts! We’re saving the Pinot, but I doubt that we will be able to hold on to it for long.
We signed up for the private vertical tasting and tour – can’t wait!
